Our goal is to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time)

  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time (Shipping Duration): 6 – 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 12 Business Days.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the United States.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 24 hours. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGED GOODS

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@bath-mat.com.
