Exchanges Policy

At Bath Mat, we offer exchanges to help ensure your satisfaction. If you would like to exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit your request.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

We will then provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
