RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Bath Mat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY & PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. RETURN FEES
To comply with our transparency standards, here is how return costs are handled:

Restocking Fees: We charge $0 restocking fees. You will not be penalized for returning an item.

Return Shipping Costs:

For Defective/Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Bath Mat covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you must follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Warning: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@bath-mat.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
